Ingredients1600g frozen steakhouse-cut fries
21 tbsp olive oil
3Pinch of salt & black pepper
42 cups cooked beef brisket, shredded (leftover or store-bought works great)
51 cup BBQ sauce (smoky or sweet, your choice)
6½ cup beef broth or water (to loosen the sauce if too thick)
72 tbsp butter
82 tbsp all-purpose flour
91 ½ cups milk (warm)
101 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
11Pinch of salt & paprika
12½ cup pickled jalapeños (optional, for heat)
13½ cup sliced green onions or chives
14½ cup crispy fried onions (optional, for crunch)
15Extra BBQ sauce for drizzling
Instructions1Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2Spread steakhouse fries on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil, salt & pepper.
3Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
4In a skillet, add shredded brisket with BBQ sauce and a splash of broth/water.
5Simmer gently 5–7 minutes until heated through and saucy.
6Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
7Slowly whisk in warm milk until smooth and thickened.
8Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt & paprika.
9Place hot crispy fries on a large serving platter or cast-iron skillet.
10Pour some cheese sauce over the fries.
11Top generously with BBQ brisket.
12Drizzle extra BBQ sauce on top.
13Garnish with jalapeños, green onions, and crispy fried onions.
14Serve immediately with extra cheese sauce on the side.
