Cajun Skin Off Thin Fries
Ingredients
1500g frozen thin-cut fries (shoestring or matchstick style)
21 tbsp vegetable oil (or spray)
31 tsp paprika (smoked if possible)
41 tsp garlic powder
51 tsp onion powder
6½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)
7½ tsp dried oregano
8½ tsp dried thyme
9½ tsp black pepper
10½ tsp salt
11(Or you can use 1–2 tsp ready-made Cajun spice blend)
Directions
1-Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). -Spread frozen thin fries evenly on a baking sheet. -Toss lightly with oil so seasoning sticks better. -Bake 15–20 minutes (or per package directions), shaking halfway until golden & crispy.
2-In a small bowl, combine all spices. Taste and adjust salt/cayenne to your liking.
3-Once fries are hot & crispy, immediately sprinkle Cajun seasoning over them. -Toss well so every fry gets coated.
4-Sprinkle with chopped parsley & Parmesan (optional). -Serve with aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo for dipping.
