Buffalo Chicken Crinkle Fries
Ingredients
1500g frozen crinkle-cut fries
22 chicken breasts (or thighs), cooked & shredded (or use rotisserie chicken for ease)
3½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
42 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
51 tsp garlic powder
61 tsp onion powder
7½ tsp paprika
8Salt & pepper to taste
91 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/monterey jack blend)
10½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
112 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
12½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)
13Jalapeño slices (optional, for heat)
Directions
1-Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). -Spread frozen crinkle fries on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt. -Bake until golden & crispy (20–25 minutes), flipping halfway.
2-In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper. -Toss shredded chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
3-Once fries are done, place them in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet. -Top evenly with buffalo chicken. -Sprinkle shredded cheese all over.
4-Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5-Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing. -Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese, green onions, and optional jalapeños. -Serve hot and enjoy!
